Garlic Portobello Mushrooms
Fall is starting to trickle into my thoughts now and with that comes some different meal ideas. These Garlic Portobello Mushrooms by The Wicked Noodle are perfect for late summer and fall. This recipe is gluten-free, can me served as a side with a big juicy steak or as a main with other side dishes and be kept vegetarian!! All in all portobellos are a delicious meaty mushroom. ~Tara
Who doesn’t love a healthy, flavorful dish that takes just minutes to make and only has 3 ingredients? This portobello mushroom dish is one of my absolute favorites! Garlic & thick, meaty mushrooms are topped with pecorino romano for a quick and easy dish that you will hear raves over from everyone you serve it to!
