Easy Refrigerator Pickles
Pickles are one of my daughter’s favorite foods, if not THE favorite. Use Real Butter’s refrigerator pickles are an easy, quick, and delightful way to put a dent in your bounty of cucumbers this summer. This recipe is vinegary, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, and a little bit dilly, but it’s flexible enough for you to make it your own by omitting or adding ingredients of your choosing.
These will go perfectly with your hamburgers, hotdogs and even in your award winning potato salad. Honestly, my daughter will just have one – if not two – in her hand.
Just one bit of advice: consider making a double batch. We tore through the first batch in no time flat. They are THAT good.
