Mealtime Rules: Yay, Nay or Maybe?
As moms, we can be inundated with advice for what rules we should make our kids follow at meals, often from other mom’s. Ultimately, we all want to raise kids that eat a large variety of healthy foods that supports their development and growth in the best way possible. This feeding therapist and mom is in weighing in on all the popular mealtime rules and sharing why you might want to make it a rule in your own home or ditch it for better eating habits.
