How much does your toddler or preschooler need to eat everyday? Parents often worry that their child may not be getting the nutrition they need or enough calories to grow. These are legitimate concerns, but shouldn’t consume mealtimes. Our hope is to provide parents with an easy to follow guide that give them some peace of mind. But, perhaps more important is learning how the kids themselves may hold the answer and it is much simpler that you ever may have thought. Establishing these kinds of eating habits from an early age has the potential to set up healthy eating habits and avoid over eating later in life.
