Want to get your kid eating healthy meals or even just more foods? I know, the answer is obvious, but the solution isn’t necessarily simple. Although there are many strategies that can be helpful, this tip is easy and will be helpful no matter where you are in improving your kid’s eating: Serve meals family style. Somewhere along the way we have lost the art of serving meals family style and even though it may mean some extra dishes the payoff is worth it- even for the very best eaters.
