Creamy Avocado Zoodle Pasta with Chicken and Asparagus
This creamy avocado pasta recipe has everything going for it. First of all, it’s made with zoodles which are all the rage right now. Never heard of zoodles? They’re spiralized zucchini that look like noodles and are used as a pasta substitute. I promise you they are delicious, and a great option if you’re looking to reduce your carb intake.
Secondly, this pasta is dairy free, but is made creamy with healthy avocados. Pure genius! That’s not all, Sonia is not makes excellent healthy recipes, she’s also a wealth of knowledge on all things paleo, fitness and even Ketosis. Yeah, I didn’t know what that was either until I read her post, and now I’m fascinated.
