Inkling: Paper Mache Confetti Bowl

If you love paper and paper crafts, chances are you have a lot of pretty paper scraps in your crafting supply stash. Even if you don’t have scrapbook or crafting paper, you can easily make this project using magazines or catalogs. All you need is a circle punch, paper mache paste and a gloss sealer.  Punch out  one inch circles and paper mache them together leaving some open spaces. Finish with a gloss sealer and you have a pretty decor piece.
