These lettuce wraps? Amazing! They have quickly made it to the front of the ‘favorites’ line-up in our home, and I’ll bet they’ll be well-loved at your table too. They’re sweet and savory, with just the right amount of crunch.

If you’ve got food allergies, fear not! This recipe accommodates several common allergens.

**EDITOR’S NOTE: I tried these out last week and they were a HUGE hit! The two-year-old was screeching “Mo Meat Boats! MO MEAT BOATS!” The 5-year-old added them to our “repeater list”. Winner!

Update: 3 years later, this recipe is STILL one of the family’s top requests. A definite winner. We usually serve it with some combination of edamame, eggs rolls, potstickers, and rice.
