Christy of The Girl Who Ate Everything has a new twist on everyone’s favorite summertime treat with her S’mores Cookies recipe.
For these S’mores Cookies, sweet honey graham crackers are topped with a marshmallow chocolate chip cookie dough and then pressed with chocolate squares.
Christy says this about these S’mores cookies, “These S’mores Cookies are a perfect hello to summer.”
We think we will skip the bonfire and get these S’mores cookies in our oven and say hello and yum to summer!

I am the mother to three wild and crazy boys and two sweet little girls. I grew up in Mesa, Arizona, and am the youngest of ten kids. I love to dance.
