The change of seasons brings a host of childhood memories back, particularly in the fall. When the days get short and the leaves start to turn, I’m reminded of caramel apples and carving pumpkins. Suddenly, nothing sounds better than a cup of hot cider and a deliciously scary book. Isn’t it wonderful how seasonal foods bring back memories? One of my favorite fall flavors is cinnamon and it is the inspiration for my Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes. These rich, gooey cupcakes are a special treat that will fill your house with the scents of autumn and make your family smile.
