YOGURT! ::: Wild Yeast

Great news about yogurt: in addition to being tangy, creamy, delicious, it’s one of the most healthful foods around. Regular consumption of yogurt, like other fermented foods, has beneficial effects on cholesterol, immune function, and digestive tract health. FLEUR de SEL CAKES ::: Chic and Gorgeous Treats

How do Fleur de Sel Cakelets sound to you? Is it like music to the ears? Fleur de Sel in French may translate as ‘Flower of Salt’ and these little decadent individual Fleur de Sel Cakelets are my very own version of what I think a Flower of Salt Cake should be. Dark Rich Sour Cream Chocolate is the base of the cake, then filled with Dulce de Leche & Cream Cheese filling, coated with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Glaze, and lastly sprinkled with crushed cereal to serve. They are a perfect tea time or after dinner treat that will leave you, your family, and guests wanting more.
