Pumpkin & Cheese Spice Bread by An Edible Mosaic
This bread smells like warm spices and tastes like autumn. There is only a very small amount of oil in the batter (2 tablespoons!), since the pumpkin keeps it moist without the need for added fat. The lovely cream cheese layer on top is reminiscent of cheesecake and adds a unique touch. A slice of this bread is the perfect treat with a cup of tea or coffee on a crisp fall day.
