20 Gluten-free Side Dishes for the Holidays
7 years ago I found out that my body has a major autoimmune response to gluten and I was glad. It had been years of my body fighting that crazy protein. (I would give you details, but this is a recipe collection, so I won’t. You’re welcome.) The first year was a struggle and the first Thanksgiving was REALLY hard. No stuffing. No green bean casserole. No bread. No this, that and everything. *sigh* I ended up with turkey and mashed potatoes on my plate and a bad attitude in my mind.
