I don’t know about you, but Eggnog French Toast is music to my ears! I can’t get holiday food off of my mind, which means cookies, appetizers, and brunch. Does anyone even eat dinner during Christmastime? I don’t. Eggnog is one of my main holiday weaknesses. I love the rich nutmeg flavor, creamy texture, and the booze doesn’t hurt either. When you take eggnog and turn it into brunch, you’re really going to the next level. Jaclyn from Cooking Classy is my hero for coming up with this gem. She says,
I’m sure I will be turning to this french toast recipe many times this season. It tastes just like eggnog but in perfectly golden and buttery french toast form.
