Visiting the Louvre with Kids

~:: Gone with the Family ::~

visting the louvre with kidsThe Musée du Louvre is a landmark in Paris and one of the largest and busiest museums in the world. For that reason alone parents planning a family trip to Paris will receive a lot of well-meaning advice to avoid visiting it with their kids. I’m the sort of mom, however, that believes that I shouldn’t have to skip things that I badly want to do just because I have kids with me and, when I’m in Paris, I plan to visit art museums. I believe that properly prepared kids can be taken to any art museum – even the Louvre – and it worked for us. We didn’t just survive our visit – we thoroughly enjoyed it!
