Thanksgiving Yoga by Kids Yoga Stories

Giselle Shardlow

It’s almost Thanksgiving here in the United States!

Lots of Americans celebrate Thanksgiving by getting together with family and friends to share meals and play games. November is always a busy time of the year, with lots of planning for the Thanksgiving feast. Most of us spend the day cooking.

But another great way to celebrate Thanksgiving is through movement and storytelling. Kids yoga is a perfect activity to bring calm to your hectic days. Gather the little ones and keep them occupied with a kids yoga story while the adults take a break. Or better yet, get the grown-ups into the yoga action, too!

Read on for a Thanksgiving-themed yoga sequence celebrating nature!
