Raising Strong Daughters

Strong Daughters

My mother and grandmother raised me to be a strong, confidant woman and taught me that the sky was the limit. When my daughter was born in 2004, I wanted to be sure that she learned those same lessons I did. The older she gets the more I realize what a challenge that is. As mothers we are the front line between our daughters and a world that is ready to tell them they are not good enough. It is our job to teach them that they are so much more than good enough.

Jennifer P WilliamsABOUT JENNIFER: Jennifer is an auditor by day and a blogger by night. She is also the mom of two, wife to her high school sweetheart, wanna be novel writer, and is reminded every day that her momma made it look easy. In her free time she enjoys… Ha.Ha.Ha. She doesn’t have free time. Jennifer writes her story on her self-titled blog, Jennifer P. Williams.

You can find her procrastinating on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
