At least once a week I hear a parent comment on how their child never took to ice skating, didn’t find it fun, or showed no interest in learning how to skate. Sound familiar in your house? Let’s face it, it’s not exactly fun learning how to skate when you can barely balance on the slippery surface, let alone glide! Good news though because I have ten tips to help you become a skating family that has FUN on the ice. I’ve come up with a list of games and other useful suggestions to help get even the most reluctant child out on the ice with enthusiasm and excitement.
