We recently shared a post on Facebook about adult coloring books and I was completely THRILLED with the response.
I absolutely love that this is becoming a “thing”and that it doesn’t involve a screen.

Do you want to know why? You see…I am a doodler. I am! I made a “coloring sheet” awhile back and I keep it and a collection of colored pencils on my desk. When I am in meetings and I am not taking notes, I color. It helps me stay focused on what the caller is saying (important!) and sometimes if I need to problem solve an issue or calm down (Me? Never!), it REALLY helps. So I thought I would share my coloring sheet with you, like for your kids or something, right? Don’t worry, I won’t judge. Bust out your colored pencils or crayons or… HEY, we are adults. You could even use the SHARPIES!
