It’s taken me 32 years to realize that I have a temper. Not a violent one thank goodness, but one that evokes long provocative rants like you might see Cyrus Beene doing on Scandal.
Sometimes it’s helpful. And sometimes– it’s not. So in an effort to have a well rounded set of tools in this life, I’ve researched other ways to deal with anger and mistreatment. When you feel like you are about to blow your top, try the following:
