Cinnamon Sugar “Duffins” by Bobbi’s Kozy Kitchen
Why do you have to make a choice when you are craving your favorite pastry? Muffins or doughnuts? Nope, I refuse to choose. If they could make crougnuts (croissant + doughnut), why can’t I make Duffins? I am a rebel that way so it made sense to me! People actually stand in line for hours to get their hands on those croughnuts! Crazy! Why wait for hours when you can have a few of these little babies in 35 minutes? They are the perfect nibble with your morning coffee, or a midnight snack with an ice cold glass of milk. Go ahead, I won’t tell. I might even join you.
