Gift Ideas for Book Loving Kids

This post contains affiliate linksI swoon when I see my eldest curled up on the coach with a book in hand. He begs for quiet so he can “focus on the chapter book he is reading!”  What can a mother say to that? Read on!

No entertainment is so cheap as reading, nor any pleasure so lasting. She will not want new fashions nor regret the loss of expensive diversions or variety of company if she can be amused with an author in her closet.”

— Lady Montagu, providing advice on raising her granddaughter, 1752

BB-ad_storytots2I have to do a little shout out about these adorable books by Story Tots.

Wave your hand in the air if you have read a personalized story, where the story was actually good.

See? No one is waving except for me.

I bought these books after looking at Jessica’s site. It is a REALLY fun site, so I took the plunge and bought two stories.

My kids cannot get enough of their books. We bought the “Dragon of Snoobledoob” and “The Princess Crown.” Both are well written and entertaining stories on their own and THEN you add the personalization on top? This would be a wonderful gift for the littles in your life.
