I have a necklace bearing the inscription “This is it” by Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. I wear it nearly every day.
This is it.
Mindfulness doesn’t mean we love every minute of our lives, or that we are entirely absorbed in every present moment that we never think about the future. It’s simply about being wholly present in each holy moment. Because This Is It.
