This is the first one with a tart like this. Have you ever considered making Earl Grey biscotti? There are so many things you can do with this tea. Also, there’s Russian Earl Grey with orange peel and lemongrass in it. That would probably work well in this recipe as it has a citrus tang. You can get it from Samovar tea house http://www.samovarteahouse.co.uk/tea/aromatic-tea/russian-earl-grey/

Very enjoyable article!

Thanks for stopping by my blog – wow you are such a great baker! I’m a baker in training… but always love good baked goods. I’ve seen tons of tart with berries, but not with earl grey tart. Such a brilliant idea! I love earl grey and always enjoy it with sweets. Now that the tea is in the tart… so lovely! This is a very beautiful tart!

If you were my neighbor, I would certainly bring you a slice!

This looks mouth watering delicious. I wish you were my neighbor, I would conveniently decide to return a piece of mail to your house, in hopes of being offered a slice. Yum.
