Thank you for the nice compliment. While the recipe isn’t mine, I know that most feta is pasteurized. I would just check with your OB/GYN or midwife.

I first wanted to say I adore your site…I mean just love! Second, I wanted to ask about the cauliflour crust. I am pregnant and can’t have some soft cheeses because they aren’t pasteurized. Do you have a recommendation to sub for soft cheese that won’t screw up the recipe?
