I used to watch the Oscars back when I got to go see movies, but I swear we get out about twice a year now! I think I’ll probably be more excited about those awards in a few years when I’m back in the swing of the adult date night! It’s true, though, there’s something magical about the idea of the whole night.

I felt like this year’s Oscars were a bit more light-hearted and warm. Not as stuffy as they can sometimes seem … and I’m going to credit Ellen and Jared Leto for setting the stage for that. I thought it was a great show … and I couldn’t have loved Pink any more. 🙂
