The Drama Cheese. “I open!” “No you open!” If I remove plastic completely, it’s defcon 1 or 3, whichever’s worse, always forget which way that goes. If I don’t, she wanted it removed. At this point, before I make a move I check with her like I’m defusing a bomb.

Mine won’t eat mashed potatoes either! I let him try sushi as a 2 year old and he LOVED it. I though, great! I’ve got an adventurous eater! Nope, it was just a brief window. So glad I got the most expensive food through before it slammed shut…

LOL! Mine actually won’t eat mashed potatoes. Eel he’ll eat. But mashed potatoes? No way. Though he’ll eat French fries. No matter how I try to explain that mashed spuds are squished fries, he’s not buying it. Go figure!

However my oldest was a better eater at 3 in terms of trying everything than he is now, but still, I can’t really complain. We even ate a toxic fruit one time (not on purpose!) because of a stupid school assignment to try something new and we couldn’t find anything. It was quite comical and I felt like the worst mom ever…I swear I did not see a sign that said ornamental! No one got sick though, thankfully. I think you had to eat more than we did, plus we all spit it out, it was so gross. But I know I got lucky…my nephews eat like 4 things…and one of the funniest moments at dinner one night was when the oldest said he was scared of a meatball. He would not try it no matter what. A meatball! Oh, it was hilarious. Of course it probably wouldn’t have been if I was his mom, but as his aunt, I was totally cracking up.
