Laughing out loud. A physician’s assistant once told me a story about helping get a matchbox car out of a kids’ nose. The next day, the family came back, and the DAD had a car up his nose. He said, “I just couldn’t figure out how he did it, and I was trying to see how it could possibly work, and then, suddenly, up it went.”
