Thanks so much. I stumbled across this post on FB and it seemed meant just for me. I thought I was the only mom who yells all the time. At least that’s what my husband thinks. I am at wit’s end and always feel so guilty when my 9 year old tells me to stop yelling and starts crying. I’m going to definitely try the hearts method. Blue ones, for my boys, or maybe multi-coloured might be better to bring more sunshine into my days.
