We have a preschool aged kiddo. I should brush up now! In the past I would help my niece with her homework and boy did that test my every remaining brain cell! Great resource! Thank you for sharing!

I will be visiting your website. This is a great idea. I have a second grader and I’ll admit that I’ve already been challenged by some of his math. He brought home work one time where I learned to carry a one he was doing something else. It threw me for a loop. So as the mom, I already have Math anxiety for what’s to come. I definitely want my son to embrace it. This will be a great exercise. I can see him getting excited about tongue flicks.

I can’t even begin to tell you how thrilled I am that your site exists. As a previous math teacher, conferences used to always be frustrating because I would hear “I just wasn’t that good at math” from dozens of parents. Your site will help that math-phobia in HUGE ways. What a great idea! We have a similar approach in our house – “doing” math in situations that just naturally come up as part of the day – and my 5-year-old loves it. I’m amazed at how he’s grasping it. Love the idea of bedtime math.
