Crock Pot Carrot Cake Recipe
Hello kitchen fans! I’m so thrilled to be here at BonBon Break and I can’t wait to share all my favorite recipes from around the internet with you. I’m kicking things off with one of my fall favorites, crock pot carrot cake. Yes, it may take longer than cooking in the oven, but with the holidays upon us, I find that my oven real estate fills up pretty quickly with the likes of stuffing, casseroles and turkey. Baking dessert in a crock pot is a great way to maximize your oven space.
Alternately, if you’re like me and live in Southern California or another warm weather climate, you’re probably still dealing with the lingering summer heat and have no desire to turn on your oven, but a girl still needs some dessert am I right? Crock Pot Carrot cake is a great way to get your sweet fix without heating up your entire house.
