The table looks great! How did you make the base / what did you use as the base underneath the flower?

In reply to Val Curtis. Thank you, Val! Glad that you like it! I would say it took about 4 to 5 hours. The staining is what took the longest. I did two coats of stain, which took some time. Once the stain was completely dry, the assembly didn't take that long at all.
