Thank you for reaching out, Val!

I agree. It’s so easy to loose track of loving ourselves as we care for everyone around us. In fact, I opted out of my Monday morning yoga to help out at my kids’ school, and while I’m glad to be involved and help out, I know I’ll need to rewrite my love letter in order to maintain my own balance.

And yes, I sometimes have trouble following my own advice.
