I have not really taken any filled-with-activity vacations with my kids. We mostly do low key ones since they are still really little, but we have recently discussed when we will take them to Disney World, so I’ll be sure to keep this handy! So funny!

You know they’ve had too much fun when they no longer want ice cream. Family vacations are exhausting. That’s probably why we only do them about every 2 years.

We call a vacation unless it is to an ALL-Inclusive Resort, a………. Relocation! Yep, unless someone is: cleaning my room, making my bed and cooking any and all meals including snacks, it is just not a vacation for ME!
So a few years ago the hubby took it upon himself when we don't do the resort vaca to cook all meals and redirect the kids. Now it is more like a family vacation. He gets to reconnect to the kids, and I get some peace time….. Great points made in this post…. Thanks for sharing…

Great list! Too much fun? I didn’t know it was a thing until I had kids. No, wait. That’s not actually true, but before kids the “too much fun” resulted in memory loss. Now, I remember it acutely.
