Weeknight Chicken Teriyaki

Brittany Arcand

Yum

Meals like this Weeknight Chicken Teriyaki are proof that making dinner is not the enemy. Brittany shows us that preparing a meal can actually be quick. It can also be easy, while still being tasty. In fact, often times the easier it seems the better it tastes!

“I really really love teriyaki of any kind and I have been making several different versions over the years.  But when I decided to just break it down to the basic teriyaki ingredients with no extra frills, I discovered we all really liked that best.  Go figure!  The simplest and easiest version  is our favorite!”

Please, please, please! I’m begging you not to throw in the towel once dinnertime rolls around. Instead, hang in there for a few more minutes, whip up this weeknight chicken teriyaki, then make someone else do the dishes!
