I believe that there are certain tools that every woman should have in her toolkit of life: tools that empower us, and instill in us a sense that WE CAN DO IT.
One of those tools is the ability to do things on our own. Without help, without a BFF by our side, without a mom or dad or boyfriend or spouse there for us, just in case.
I want my daughter to have this tool. I want her to know that she can do things all by herself, and it will be okay. So I’m teaching her six things I think she, and EVERY woman, should do alone – at least once in a lifetime.
