As moms, we can be inundated with advice for what rules we should make our kids follow at meals, often from other mom’s. Ultimately, we all want to raise kids that eat a large variety of healthy foods that supports their development and growth in the best way possible. How do we do that though, with so many different rules – everything from the polite bite to the clean plate club. It can be overwhelming to say the least, especially if you have a picky eater. This feeding therapist and mom is in weighing in on all the popular mealtime rules and sharing why you might want to make it a rule in your own home or ditch it for better eating habits.
