3D Christmas Tree Gingerbread Cookies

Hello! My name is Megan and I like to complicate things. Last year I was looking at the 3-D cookie cutters that were available but the trees made from two interlocking cookies didn’t look round enough to me so I decided to make some using three or more cookies. I’m happy with the result, and I explain how to create the same thing from your existing cookie cutters as well as offering a printable template to use if don’t already have cookie cutters in mind.
