Normally, a family camping trip brings up memories of cooking hot dogs on skewers, bags of chips, and simple pancakes…not anymore!
Cooking while camping doesn’t need to be fancy but it can certainly be healthier and more exciting. While curating this list of 14 easy camping recipes I was brainstorming other meals I could easily make around the campfire…at the top of my list is veggie sushi!
